With my experience as a former Division I, two-way player & drafted professional, I spend a lot of time with my athletes on the psychological aspects of the game as well as the physical. With 13 years of coaching experience, I specialize in Catching, Hitting & Pitching instruction, as well as Strength & Conditioning.​ I am very excited that Pelotero was able to combine the most important tools for us to be able to help our players throughout the season.

**Coach Bio: Hale was born & raised in Omaha, NE, where he was the 3-year varsity starter on a that won two-state championships, while garnering Gatorade POY honors as a junior. He earned a scholarship to play for the University of Richmond Spiders. Hale started as a true freshman at catcher batting .292, throwing out 44% of runners, including 77% in conference, while also serving as a relief pitcher with a 1.64 ERA.​Hale would go onto play in the prestigious Cape Cod League & be drafted by the Anaheim Angels & Boston Red Sox.
